I created Mojo coaching to provide quality coaching services for women. My clients are generally in some kind of transition and I support them be true to themselves, to make choices that enrich them and to create a life that they love living.
I trained to coach with The Coaches Training Institute; I am certified and have also completed the CTI Leadership programme. I am member of The International Coaches Federation.
Today I have a balance between being a mother and running Mojo coaching. Previously I worked in magazine publishing for companies such as VNU and EMAP (publishing magazines such as New Woman and Red) and in fundraising for charities such as National Missing Persons Helpline.
During 12 years of managing successful sales teams I discovered an aptitude and passion for enabling others to fulfil their potential.
Many of my clients work in the sales and media industries as I have a good understanding of the challenges faced by leaders in these industries.
On a personal note I coach, mother my children and continue on my 20 year journey of my own personal development. My coaching style is both `challenging `,which means that I will rigorously hold you to your agenda while also being `therapeutic so that you have a safe and secure space in which to fully explore your growth. I am based in Buckinghamshire and see clients locally and in surrounding areas as well as in London .
When choosing a coach it is important to find someone that you can connect with. I offer a free no obligation 30 min coaching session to check whether we are a` good match`. I operate within a large professional network and if we are not a match I will refer you to someone who better suits your needs.
