Building on Proven Coaching Success

In 2020, we partnered with Allianz on a pioneering sponsorship programme for women leaders. The learnings from that initiative shaped the way we now design comprehensive leadership journeys. Our impactful frameworks combine sponsorship, coaching, skills and mindset development.

Our 2025 Women in Leadership Programme builds on this momentum, offering women leaders structured opportunities to grow, experiment, and step confidently into senior leadership roles.

Case Study: Allianz Women in Leadership Sponsorship Programme

The challenge: Allianz wanted to create a culture of sponsorship to accelerate the visibility and career progression of talented women.

Our approach included:

  • A blended learning journey combining sponsorship, coaching, and peer learning

  • Four modules beginning with an offsite in Munich, followed by virtual sessions and a co-facilitated closing workshop

  • Focus on self-awareness, influence, resilience, and sponsorship goal-setting

The impact: Participants gained confidence in their approach to leadership, built stronger networks, and had clearer pathways to senior roles. The initiative also raised visibility for female talent across the business, laying the foundations for greater diversity and a more inclusive leadership culture.

Case Study: ICON Infrastructure Women’s Leadership Development Programme

The challenge: ICON Infrastructure wanted to support senior female leaders while aligning leadership development with their competency framework and culture.

Our approach: We designed a modular experience with four practical modules:

  • Personal Brand – building presence and confidence by clarifying values and strengths

  • Influence and Impact with Authority – managing tough conversations and leading authentically

  • Negotiation – reaching ambitious outcomes through structured frameworks

  • Networking – building meaningful professional relationships

The impact: Women leaders left with practical tools to strengthen their influence, negotiate effectively, and raise visibility. Peer networks formed during the programme have continued to provide accountability and support.
